Pasta Alla Vodka is an outright classic and a hugely popular meal amongst Slimming World fans. There is a few different ways to make it, however today I want to show you how to make my healthy Slimming World friendly version. This dish is a fast, plush-tasting pasta supper youll yearn for once again and again.
This pasta recipe blows my mind whenever I make it. Rigatoni pasta tossed in an abundant, tomato-based creamy sauce, seasoned with chopped onion and chili. Simply put, its the supreme comfort food that tastes like a dish you would order at your favourite Italian restaurant.

This Pasta Alla Vodka is abundant, velvety and definitely delicious. Better still, its so quick and simple to make! This unofficial dish is perfect for any one following Slimming World, Weight Watchers or a calorie controlled diet.

RECIPE TIPS
What is the best pasta to use?
For this dish I am utilizing rigatoni due to the fact that I literally like it! Penne is really the standard pasta to utilize in this meal so feel complimentary to switch or utilize whatever pasta you need to hand.
What is the best vodka to use?
For this recipe it wont make a substantial difference. Here youll be simmering the vodka enough time for the alcohol to burn off, so the flavour of the vodka does not play a substantial roll. My go-tos are normally Smirnoff or Absolute Vodka, however I have utilized less expensive brand names in the past and the difference is very little.
What if you dont like vodka?
I have in fact made this dish using gin rather of vodka and its definitely delicious. Feel totally free to give it a go with gin too!
